Maintenance and Operations Facility

The 2024 bond initiative has transformed the main Grayson College campus through new and renovated facilities, greatly increasing service needs.  The new Maintenance and Operations Facility provides a home base for maintaining fleet vehicles, planning maintenance projects, educating staff, storing tools and materials, and servicing and housing critical equipment.  An auto service bay features an elevating service pit and the business office features a training room large enough to serve the entire department.  The facility will also serve as central shipping and receiving.  Custodial operations are right-sized to occupy the former maintenance, operations, and shipping/receiving spaces near the heart of campus.
